Who we are
This website is run by JMS VIP Services Ltd. If you have any question about your information, email info@jmsvip.com.
What we collect
- Viewing requests: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, preferred move-in date, area of interest and budget.
- Messages: your name, email address and what you write to us.
- Property offers: if you offer us a property to let, your name and contact details, the address, and the details you give about the property.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to you and arrange viewings. What you send through the website is emailed to our team so someone can respond, and when you request a viewing or offer us a property we email you to confirm we have received it. Viewing requests and messages are not kept by the website itself. Property offers are also kept in a private record that only our staff can open, so we can consider the property and, if we take it on, keep its details while we let it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
The companies that host this website and deliver our email process your information on our behalf, only to provide those services. We would otherwise share it only where the law requires us to.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp and handled under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Cookies and similar technology
This website sets no cookies for visitors. JMS staff who sign in to the staff area receive one cookie that keeps them signed in; it is removed when they sign out or after 12 hours.
The site can be installed on your device like an app, which stores a copy of its pages and styles on your device so it loads quickly. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash, so those services receive your device’s IP address when a page loads. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Your requests and messages are kept in our email only for as long as we need them for the purposes above. Property offers are kept in our staff records for as long as we are considering or letting the property. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@jmsvip.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
